TickerBrew (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the newsletter and website at tickerbrew.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you subscribe to our newsletter or visit our website.

  • Email address — when you subscribe to TickerBrew via our website or Beehiiv subscription page.
  • Usage data — open rates, click rates, and device/browser information collected automatically by our email platform (Beehiiv) to help us understand how the newsletter is performing.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) data — page views, traffic sources, and session data collected only if you accept cookies via our consent banner. If you decline, GA4 does not load and no data is collected.
  • Netlify aggregate analytics — our hosting provider Netlify collects cookieless, aggregate server-level data including page views, unique visitor counts, and bandwidth. This data contains no personal identifiers and is used solely to monitor site performance.
  • Netlify Real User Monitoring data — Netlify collects cookieless, session-level performance metrics (page load times, Core Web Vitals) to help us improve site speed. No personal identifiers are stored.
  • Contact form submissions — if you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, which are processed via Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the TickerBrew daily brief to your inbox.
  • To send occasional product updates (such as new tier launches) that are directly relevant to your subscription.
  • To improve the newsletter based on engagement data.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or any personal data to any third party. We use the following third-party services that process data on our behalf: Beehiiv (email delivery and subscriber management), Google Analytics (website analytics, consent-gated), Netlify (hosting, cookieless aggregate analytics, and Real User Monitoring), and Web3Forms (contact form processing). Each operates under their own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at hello@mail.tickerbrew.com.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your data is removed from our active mailing list in accordance with Beehiiv's data retention policies.
